This all started because of one play.

A play that, at this moment, I am willing to go out on a limb and call a Season Changer.
Already, the Ravens were getting wins.
Already, the Ravens were leading the division.
But every Super season needs that one moment, that Immaculate Reception, that Music City Miracle, that Hail Mary which becomes the voice of Providence speaking loudly: "This. Is. Your. Year."

Hey Diddle Diddle, Ray Rice up the Middle.

It was just San Diego, who had a losing record.  Not a big deal, right?  But with the game on the line, with heavily stacked odds against us, Rice's Herculean effort, in addition to a rather miraculous block by receiver Anquan Boldin, allowed the game to keep breathing, and allowed the Ravens to win.

Again, my claim is premature.  I admit it.  Time will tell if this moment was transcendent.  But I know one thing: the moment is worth naming my Ravens Blog after.  It encapsulates all that Coach Harbs keeps preaching.  The thing is the Team.  The Relentless, Indomitable, Brotherhood of Warriors who lay lives down one for the other.

That's 4th and 29.  That's Playing like a Raven.
